SERVICE CONTRACTS

Covers All Manufacturers’ Environmental Test Systems and Related Equipment.

Our Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) covers all manufacturers’ of environmental testing and related equipment. All equipment to be covered by the agreement is first surveyed by an ETC Field Service Engineer. If discrepancies are discovered, a cost estimate is provided to bring the equipment up to proper operating standards prior to the initiation of a PMA. Once deficiencies have been corrected a PMA can begin. The PMA cost is then based upon the engineer’s survey and on the type or equipment, location/access and number or inspections to be conducted per year.

Once the PMA contract becomes effective, the environmental equipment is then inspected routinely to prevent downtime and assure optimum performance. The inspections are scheduled so as to not interfere with the normal operations.

Environmental Equipment that can be covered under a PMA includes:

  • Refrigeration Conditioning Systems
  • Humidification Systems
  • Wind Speed Simulation Systems
  • Solar Simulation
  • Road Load Simulation Equipment
  • Environmental Testing Equipment of all makes and Models

Our Service Technicians are skilled in maintenance and repair of all cascade refrigeration systems. All technicians are EPA certified for refrigerant handling.

Some of the brands of environmental test chambers that we service are: Thermotron, Envirotronics, Tenny, Ransco, Blue-M, Espec, Associated. As well as many other major brands.

Environmental Service and Repair also adheres to all MIOSH and OSHA requirements for ARC Flash Electrical safety.
